Include little things, like writing love notes to your sweethearts, and notes of appreciation to those people you are glad to have in your life.

Tell people you love them. Make it a habit to tell them how much they mean to you.

Enjoy the Now, for it will only be a memory in the future.

Make a list of things you have been putting off for the tomorrow that may or may not come.
